• Safety First: This is the foundation. My top priority is the absolute preservation of principal. We will never gamble with the public’s trust or the county’s future.

• Liquidity Always: We need to ensure that cash is available the moment it’s needed. Whether it’s an emergency repair or a planned project, I will manage our portfolio so our funds are accessible without penalties or delays.

• Yield Secondarily: Once safety and liquidity are guaranteed, we look for the best possible return. By capturing optimized yields with minimal risk, we generate extra revenue that can take the pressure off local taxpayers.
